1. All applications for permits to hold processions, to play music, or to let off fire-works shall be made in the first instance to the Registrar General, and shall be transmitted by him to the Captain Sup! of Police for his consideration.
2. When the Registrar General and Capt." Sup! of Police agree that any such permit for which application shall have been made, should be granted, permit shall be issued and signed by the Registrar General or his Deputy.
The Capt." Sup! of Police shall be informed of the issue of all such permits
4. In the event of any difference of opinion arising between the Registrar General and the Capt: Supt of Police as to the issue of any such permit for which application shall have been made, the Registrar General shall submit the application in question together with his own views and those of the Capt: Supt of Police for the consideration and decision of the Governor.
5. All applications for permits to hold public theatrical performances shall be made to the Registrar General, and all permits to hold such performances shall be issued by him.
6. In all cases in which an application for the grant of a permit involves the erection of any structure,
